It pains me to say that I had to cancel my order of a ThinkPad A22e from IBM "Direct" today. I've had problems with them before when trying to order a server. Thought they deserved a second chance to get it right. Wrong. Their service is absolutely appalling! They seem only to be capable of dealing with corporates and us mere mortals simply aren't worth the effort. Did they want to know why I cancelled? Will I get a courtesy call where they try and rectify the problem? What do you think...
