Just to let you know I got back okay. As a couple of people mentioned, the runway at Skiathos airport is quite possibly the smallest in the world. Makes for a very interesting landing.
Skiathos is like most of the smaller Greek islands I've been too. Very friendly. The perfect destination - only 3 and half hours away, not too hot and nothing there that can kill you. I'll share the photos when I get back home to Sunderland, later this week.
